For styling services and consultations:
- You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable
- For completed services, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion
For custom or made-to-order services, different terms may apply as discussed at the time of booking.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The cancellation or return request must be made within the specified time period
- For service cancellations, you must provide written notice via email or through our contact form
- For completed services, you must demonstrate that the service did not meet the agreed-upon specifications
- Any issues with service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- You must provide a valid reason for the return or cancellation request
Return Shipping Costs
Since we primarily provide in-person styling services:
- No shipping costs apply for service cancellations
- If you have purchased physical items (such as clothing or accessories) as part of our styling service, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or defective items
- For returns due to our error or defective items, we will cover all return shipping costs
Return Process
To initiate a return or cancellation:

- Provide Details: Include your name, booking date, service type, and reason for return/cancellation
- Wait for Confirmation: We will review your request and respond within 2 business days

- Process Refund: Once approved, refunds will be processed according to our refund procedure (see below)
Non-Returnable Items and Services
The following items and services are generally non-refundable:
- Completed styling consultations that have been fully delivered
- Custom-made or personalized styling services that have been completed
- Services cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers (unless required by law)
- Services that have been modified or customized at your specific request
- Digital products or downloadable content
Exceptions may be made in cases of service defects or our failure to deliver as promised.

Order Cancellation Policy
Pre-Service Cancellations
You may cancel your booking:

Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. However, we understand that emergencies happen. Contact us immediately if you have an emergency situation, and we will review your case individually.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before may incur a rescheduling fee.
Refund Procedure
Once your return or cancellation request is approved:
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days of approval
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking
- Bank Processing: Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 3-5 business days)
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Partial Refunds: If a partial refund is issued (e.g., due to cancellation fees), the amount will be clearly explained in the refund confirmation
Note: For payments made by credit card, the refund will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on your card issuer.
